Cancellations and Refunds

•  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund.
•  Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
•  No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded.
•  Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• If the passenger misses the flight and fails to inform us before the scheduled pick-up time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
